First Soft Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Program Manager to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for an individual looking to build a career in program and project management while working alongside senior leaders and cross-functional engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of AI transformation programs and strategic initiatives
- Assist Program Managers in tracking project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
- Prepare project documentation, meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and status reports
- Coordinate meetings with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, and leadership
- Monitor project schedules and help identify risks, issues, and potential delays
- Maintain project plans, dashboards, and PMO documentation
- Track project progress and ensure timely follow-up on assigned action items
- Assist with governance reviews, steering committee presentations, and executive reporting
- Coordinate communication between business, technology, infrastructure, and vendor teams
- Support project budgeting, resource planning, and reporting activities as assigned
- Help manage project documentation within PMO tools and collaboration platforms
- Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and governance processes
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, project planning sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 0 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Program Management, PMO, or related roles
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong willingness to learn AI transformation, Agile methodologies, and enterprise program management
