Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic, dedicated to improving health outcomes through better nutrition. The Provider Growth Manager will lead a team of Provider Recruiting Associates to scale the provider network and ensure patients have access to necessary care.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to hit and exceed activity and output targets
- Own rep skill development, diagnosing what's holding each rep back and building toward it
- Review call and meeting recordings systematically, deliver feedback, and hold dedicated feedback sessions to reinforce best practices across the team
- Own the team's daily and weekly activity scorecard, identify negative trends early, and translate them into coaching moments or escalate gaps to the Director
- Lead a portion of the interview process for new hires and own the execution of onboarding and ramp milestones for new team members
- Implement performance management processes in close partnership with the Director
- Foster a positive, high-accountability team culture that reflects Nourish's values and keeps the bar high
Skills
- You have 1+ year of people management experience leading a team of sellers (SDR, BDR, AE, or recruiters) at a high-growth startup
- You have a strong grasp of sales management fundamentals, including pipeline hygiene, input metrics, performance management, and rep development
- You have experience hiring, onboarding, and ramping new sales hires
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a track record of building trust with your team quickly
- You know how to leverage CRM data (specifically Salesforce) to surface insights and inform your coaching priorities
- You have familiarity selling into or working with healthcare personas
