They are seeking a QA Engineer (Test Development Engineer) with expertise in test automation, quality assurance, and Web3 technologies to develop and execute tests, ensure software quality, and collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance tests, end-to-end (E2E) tests, and integration tests using appropriate tools and programming languages
- Identify, reproduce, and resolve software defects in a Web3 and blockchain environment
- Ensure the quality and reliability of AWS-based microservices, implementing best practices in deployment and testing
- Work closely with development teams to enhance testing strategies and frameworks
- Participate in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure smooth QA integration in the development lifecycle
- Improve test automation frameworks and contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Provide guidance on QA best practices for Web3 applications
- Maintain and improve the testing infrastructure to support blockchain-based applications
Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and development, with a focus on Java and Go
- Strong familiarity with AWS microservices and the ability to deploy and test cloud-based services
- 1+ year of Web3 experience in blockchain-based applications, DeFi, or related technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with strong English reading and writing skills
- Experience working with CEX (Centralized Exchange) or DEX (Decentralized Exchange) projects
