- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the applicant tracking system
Skills
- Have strong relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a startup environment
- Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with a variety of recruitment platforms and tools
- Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and self-manage effectively in a remote setting
- Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels
