This role involves sourcing top talent across various levels, building strong client relationships, and driving strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and retain talented candidates for a variety of positions
- Review employment applications, evaluate applicant information (e.g., work experience, education and training, job skills, reference checks) and interview potential candidates for open positions or refer to hiring manager
- Correspond and communicate verbally and in writing with candidates in a timely, accurate basis
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives: meeting with management to discuss needs
- Onboarding new hires
- Assist in business development (researching and finding prospective clients)
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Exceptional communication skills
