Responsibilities
- Develop a working knowledge of our products, carriers, systems, and client process
- Contact prospective clients who have requested additional information
- Schedule and complete client meetings by phone or video
- Ask questions to understand each client’s situation and coverage goals
- Review available insurance options and answer client questions
- Help create a smooth handoff between clients, advisors, and internal teams
- Update CRM records with notes, appointments, and follow-up steps
- Participate in ongoing training and team development calls
- Follow licensing, compliance, and agency procedures
Skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or account management is helpful
- Strong communication and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable using virtual meeting tools and CRM platforms
- Able to manage time, follow up, and stay organized
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and strong work ethic
- Must meet background and licensing requirements
- Active Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to become licensed
