In this role, you will analyze data and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making while collaborating with various teams to interpret data and assist in making strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Gather and clean large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Perform thorough data analysis using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and outliers
- Create clear, actionable reports and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to present data insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates on business performance
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring data security and organization
- Use advanced analytical techniques such as regression, forecasting, and machine learning to predict future trends and behaviors
- Identify data-related challenges and propose innovative solutions
- Work with IT, product teams, and other departments to develop and implement data-driven solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
