Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Centro is a modern international company specializing in payment solutions through its product CentroBill. They are seeking a Sales Coordinator with strong skills in CRM systems to help manage customer relationships and maintain data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating potential customers, initiating contact, and maintaining records
- Work with CRM systems and maintain and keep organized and up-to-date CRM
- Processing the leads we get in our CRM (Pipedrive) and ensuring the integrity of the data
- Conducting research, facilitating communication
Skills
- Experience working with various SaaS and CRM software (Pipedrive)
- Good understanding of the sales process, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals
- Excellent English: spoken and written both
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Open-minded, quick learner, easy to adapt to the ever-changing payment ecosystem
- Other languages are a bonus
- Experience in sales is a big plus
