They are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Demo Engineer to deliver engaging product demonstrations of their Workflow Automation AI SaaS platform to potential clients, particularly CPA firms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of CPA firms, showcasing how our platform optimizes workflows and improves compliance
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand the unique requirements of CPA firms and highlight relevant features
- Prepare demo environments, configure software, and create custom use cases to demonstrate value propositions for accounting and CPA professionals
- Provide technical insights and answer complex questions during demos
- Gather feedback from demos to inform product improvements and customer needs
- Develop demo scripts, presentation materials, and training content focused on CPA firm use cases
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape within accounting and CPA sectors
- Assist in onboarding and training sales teams on demo best practices, emphasizing CPA-specific solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in product demonstration, technical sales, or pre-sales engineering
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, workflow automation, and AI technologies
- Deep understanding of CPA firms' workflows, compliance requirements, and pain points
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and demonstrate solutions effectively
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Experience with CRM and demo scheduling tools is a plus
