Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aceolution is seeking highly experienced US-based Enterprise Sales professionals to serve as 1P Sales Domain Experts. The role involves validating enterprise sales workflows, generating deal trajectories, and ensuring the accuracy of evaluation rubrics used in AI and enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and validate multi-step enterprise sales workflows
- Generate and refine gold-standard sales trajectories
- Audit CRM-based pipeline and forecasting processes
- Review and improve structured evaluation frameworks
- Simulate real-world enterprise sales scenarios across tools and systems
- Provide executive-level insights into deal strategy and pipeline execution
- Ensure accuracy and realism in sales data and modeling outputs
Skills
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (US market preferred)
- Proven quota attainment: Must demonstrate 4 of the last 6 quarters at or above quota
- Experience in one or more of the following: Enterprise Account Executive (IC quota-carrying role), Sales Manager (leading quota-carrying teams), Sales Director / VP / Regional Sales Leadership
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM, pipeline management, forecasting)
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira (workflow tracking, reporting)
- Strong hands-on experience with Confluence (documentation, knowledge systems)
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfort working across enterprise SaaS simulation environments: Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Aircall, Stripe, Intercom, Zoho CRM, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace
- Enterprise pipeline forecasting and deal execution
- CRM systems architecture and sales operations
- Data-driven reporting and decision-making
- Executive-level communication and storytelling
- Ability to create polished business artifacts (decks, summaries, proposals)
- Strong analytical interpretation of sales processes
- Experience with Kubeflow Pipelines
- Experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure automation
- Familiarity with Feature Stores (Vertex AI Feature Store, Feast, etc.)
- Experience with LLM workflows or Generative AI on GCP
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership experience
- Background in data-intensive or enterprise-scale ML systems
