Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Simplify Software Experts LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Cyber Security Services. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and developing strategic sales initiatives for cybersecurity solutions and managed security services.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for cybersecurity services and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design tailored cybersecurity solutions based on customer requirements
- Present cybersecurity service offerings, including Managed Security Services (MSSP), Security Operations Center (SOC), Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Endpoint Security, Network Security, Risk & Compliance, and Incident Response
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans for management review
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to generate new business opportunities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferred
- 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in Cyber Security Services sales
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and enterprise security solutions
- Experience selling to enterprise customers across industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Government, or IT Services
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience selling Managed Security Services (MSSP)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR
- Familiarity with leading cybersecurity technologies and vendors such as Microsoft Security, Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Fortinet, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Check Point, Trend Micro, Sophos, or Splunk
- Strong consultative selling and solution-selling capabilities
- Existing network of enterprise decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and Security Heads
