The role involves partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while scaling high-impact sales teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for complex sales and pre-sales roles (e.g., Account Executives, Sales Engineers), including intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation (base, commission, and equity components)
- Strategic Talent Partnership: Collaborate with senior sales leadership (manager through executive level) to align hiring strategies with business goals. Provide market insights, pipeline data, and hiring recommendations
- Market Mapping & Proactive Sourcing: Identify and engage top-tier passive talent using a variety of sourcing strategies beyond inbound applicants, ensuring access to highly competitive candidates
- Data-Driven Execution: Leverage recruiting metrics and funnel analytics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, forecast hiring timelines, and improve overall efficiency. Utilize AI match scoring and modern recruiting tools
- Geographic & Hiring Strategy Alignment: Balance hiring goals with budget considerations while navigating regional hiring strategies across North America
- Process Excellence & Compliance: Maintain strong operational discipline, ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance standards, and a consistent, high-quality hiring process in a remote environment
