Dice is a remote organization seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead complex AI and technical IT initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role is focused on end-to-end delivery, stakeholder coordination, and governance for high-visibility projects in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technical IT projects across multiple workstreams
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, external partners, and executive leaders
- Drive governance activities including status reporting, meetings, follow-ups, and executive updates
- Support change management efforts and help teams adopt new technologies and processes
Skills
- 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Ability to understand technical concepts, identify issues, and coordinate the appropriate resources
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, including generative AI, automation, or data pipelines
- Experience with enterprise project management platforms such as Workfront
- Comfort using collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Exposure to change management in complex technical environments
