They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the core member experience and lead the development of AI features.
Responsibilities
- The core member experience homepage, conversational AI, and community end to end, as a Senior Staff individual contributor with your own design + engineering pod
- Building a high-velocity experimentation engine
- Defining the metrics from first visit through retention
- Partnering with the AI platform team to stand up new AI features
Skills
- A consumer-facing AI/LLM product shipped to production real users at real scale, your decisions visible
- Prototypes, pilots. They won't consider internal tools
- AI woven through your daily practice agentic workflows you built yourself
- A experimentation track record, including honest reads on failed tests
- 10–15 years in product as a hands-on IC (exceptional AI builders at 7–8 considered)
- San Francisco preferred
- New York (onsite Tue–Thu)
- Seattle (quarterly)
- Remote US considered
