X4 Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead owner-side program management activities supporting the delivery of large-scale data center power infrastructure programs. This high-impact leadership role involves driving complex power delivery programs, coordinating EPC partners, and ensuring successful execution from engineering through commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the owner’s Power Program Management Office (PMO)
- Manage multiple EPC contractors and project stakeholders
- Drive schedule integration, project controls, and reporting
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
- Maintain interface registers and resolve cross-functional project challenges
- Facilitate executive-level meetings and communications
- Manage risks, issues, and change management processes
- Review contractor schedules and support commercial evaluations
- Coordinate project dashboards and reporting
- Support energization readiness and successful project delivery
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience managing utility, generation, transmission, renewable energy, or large-scale infrastructure programs
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills
- Experience leading EPC projects exceeding $100M
- Data center power infrastructure experience
- Experience with Primavera P6, project controls, and commissioning activities
