- Support the design and management of sales incentive programs
- Building and maintaining compensation plans
- Managing territory structures
- Ensuring accurate data flow across systems that support incentive calculations
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SPIFF programs and sales compensation plan design
- Ability to define payout rules, incentive structures, quotas, accelerators, and bonuses
- Experience with territory management, including assignment, realignment, and maintenance
- Understanding of sales hierarchy, segmentation, and coverage models
- Experience working with data flows across systems (CRM, finance, compensation tools)
