The Sr. Account Manager will support key client relationships, manage operational projects, and ensure effective communication and solutions for client needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop positive client relationships
- Develop effective solutions to customer problems
- Support call center in resolving member escalations and communication back to the client
- Work with clients to identify, gather information about scope and timelines for client projects
- Own operational support for client needs including member letters
- Participate in requirement gathering and QA for product development activities related to client needs
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance, people and culture, and learning programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience required
- 2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy benefits industry
- Proven experience successfully managing client relationships
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of specialty medication benefits preferred
