Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for their Same Day (SSD) operations integration. This role involves owning complex building design initiatives and driving innovations in fulfillment operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Responsibilities
- Driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve 2026 variable cost and quality goals
- Gathering and analyzing data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations and other cross functional teams
- Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities
- Developing Amazon best practices for internal operations
- Leveraging analytics to support the future state of the business
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
