Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Simplesense is a non-traditional defense contractor that builds and sustains the Installation Resilience Platform. The Staff Platform Engineer will own the technical strategy, architecture, and delivery of the operational platform, ensuring it meets security, reliability, and performance standards.

- Dedicate time (approx. 40%) to planning, cross-team communication, defining scope with Product Owners, breaking down work, and identifying/fixing process issues (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, testing standards for platform components)
