Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZealTech is seeking a Technical Sales Support – Program Manager to manage the Lead-to-Cash processes. The role involves coordinating technical sales support activities and ensuring compliance while driving cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (LTC) processes, ensuring seamless execution from opportunity creation to revenue realization
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams to drive successful deal execution
- Coordinate technical sales support activities, including solution reviews, pricing, proposals, and customer documentation
- Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure timely delivery of sales programs
- Analyze LTC process metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, contractual requirements, and governance standards throughout the sales lifecycle
- Support CRM and ERP systems by maintaining accurate sales, order, and contract data
- Prepare executive dashboards , status reports, and business insights for leadership review
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve operational issues and improve customer experience
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Technical Sales Support, Program Management, and Lead-to-Cash processes
- PMP/Agile certification is a plus
