They are seeking a Technical Writer for their Talent Acquisition team to create and manage documentation that aids in onboarding and training volunteers.
Responsibilities
- Supply/refine documentation
- Be sole owner/planner of team documentation: onboarding, process/training
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather current information
- Write original content
- Edit existing content
- Proofread and maintain documentation repositories
- Create and manage FAQs
Skills
- 3-5 years of technical writing experience
- Deep knowledge of google workspace tools
- Process/workflow documentation experience
- Project plan management
- Independent worker
- Strong communicator
- Knowledge of the talent acquisition space/tools
