They are seeking a results-driven Temporary Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives, primarily for sales roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring, primarily focused on sales positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
- Maintain an organized pipeline while managing multiple open requisitions
- Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring goals and deadlines
Skills
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting for sales roles in a high-volume environment
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during Eastern Time business hours
- Experience using Ashby ATS
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, metrics-driven organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
