Responsibilities
- Initiate professional conversations with individuals who may be exploring personal growth, leadership development, or a meaningful change in professional direction
- Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand an individual’s goals, motivation, readiness, and alignment with the development pathway. Training and support systems are provided
- Guide suitable individuals through a clearly defined information and development process, helping them understand the framework, move forward with confidence, and build the foundations for long-term success
- Participate and contribute in live weekly leadership strategy sessions with a diverse international team of experienced professionals
Skills
- Seven or more years of professional experience in areas such as training, learning and development, leadership development, facilitation, coaching, human resources, talent development, education, or another people-focused field
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for senior-level professional conversations
- A genuine interest in helping others grow, consider new perspectives, and take greater responsibility for their personal and professional direction
- Comfortable working independently, managing your own activity, and taking responsibility for your performance and results
- A self-motivated 'Big Thinker' who is seeking autonomy, flexibility, and a direct link between effort and outcomes
