They are seeking a skilled UX Designer to create user-centered designs for AI-driven platforms and data-heavy applications, collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize usability.
Responsibilities
- User Interface Design: Create intuitive interfaces for communication and workflow platforms using wireframes, flow diagrams, high-fidelity prototypes, and visuals to enhance the user experience
- User Research and Testing: Conduct thorough user research and usability tests to understand user needs and continuously improve designs
- Data Visualization: Design dashboards and reporting tools that transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights for users
- Workflow Optimization: Focus on efficiency and ease of use, creating seamless experiences for complex workflows in finance and communication applications
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design coherence, brand alignment, and technical feasibility
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3+ years in UX design for SaaS or B2B software environments
- Proven experience with data visualization and creating solutions for workflow-driven applications
- Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Deep understanding of UX methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design
- Experience with data visualization and workflow optimization
