Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GQR is partnering with a growing Workday consulting firm that's looking for an experienced Senior Workday Financials Consultant. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementations for Higher Education and State & Local Government clients, mentoring junior consultants and contributing to presales activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Workday Financials implementations for Higher Education and State & Local Government clients
- Partner directly with customers to design solutions
- Configure Workday
- Lead workshops
- Guide projects from discovery through go-live
- Mentor junior consultants
- Contribute to presales activities
- Help shape implementation best practices across the organization
Skills
- Strong end-to-end Workday Financials implementation experience
- Expertise in Record to Report, Financial Accounting, FDM and/or Budgets
- Active (or recently active) Workday Financials certification
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- The ability to lead workshops and deliver complex Workday Financials solutions
- Experience with Workday HCM or Payroll
- Previous consulting experience within Higher Education or State & Local Government
