The Senior Impact Lead serves as a strategic partner within cross-functional product teams at Teachstone, ensuring products are evidence-based, educator-informed, and aligned to meaningful outcomes for educators and children. This role focuses on translating research and insights into actionable recommendations that strengthen product quality, user experience, and educational impact. Key Responsibilities: Define measurable product outcomes grounded in child development science, develop impact frameworks to evaluate effectiveness, monitor engagement and behavior change data to guide iteration, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams on AI-enabled experiences. Additionally, write and curate evidence-based content for educators while contributing an educator lens to roadmap discussions and product prioritization. Skills & Tools: Strong systems thinking, cross-functional collaboration, research synthesis, and data analysis capabilities; expertise in child development, behavior change science, and educator needs assessment; comfort with AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies; excellent judgment and communication skills to influence complex work. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, child development, or related field with 5+ years of experience in education, impact evaluation, product development, or related roles; demonstrated expertise in research translation, educator engagement, or educational program evaluation.
