About the Role Our client, a distinguished recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staffing Consultant to join their expanding team in Raleigh, North Carolina . This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage client relationships, drive business development, and deliver exceptional staffing solutions across diverse industries. You will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic staffing plans to meet the evolving needs of clients. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base within assigned markets or sectors. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, ensuring efficient and effective candidate sourcing, screening, and placement. Conduct in-depth client consultations to fully understand their organizational culture, hiring requirements, and strategic objectives. Source and attract top talent by leveraging a variety of recruitment channels and advanced search techniques. Negotiate employment offers and manage the closing process to ensure successful hires. Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices in staffing and recruitment. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client outcomes. Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on business development and recruitment activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management and business development, ideally within a consultancy. Proven track record of successfully developing new business and achieving revenue targets. Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment across various industries and job functions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A consultative approach with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs. Familiarity with the Raleigh, North Carolina market and its key industries is a significant advantage.
