As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Galileo Learning, you will lead the strategy and execution for hiring across all areas of the organization—Summer Staff, Camp Leadership, and Headquarters roles.

You will partner closely within the People Team and with Cross-Functional Leaders to ensure consistency in hiring practices, data integrity, and strategic use of our recruiting systems. You will be accountable for ensuring hiring goals and deadlines are met, so that both HQ and camps are fully staffed on time and in alignment with company objectives.

Your role balances strategic planning with hands-on leadership—designing and executing recruitment strategies, building diverse candidate pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You'll also lead Galileo's employer brand efforts, ensuring our voice and values are reflected across all hiring processes and recruiting channels.

Work Location

[HQ Remote] This role is primarily remote, work-from-home, with preference given to the following states: California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, North Carolina, New York, and Washington.

[HQ GX] HQ staff may be expected to visit camp locations or clients to experience Camp Galileo and Galileo X Solutions first-hand. Occasionally, onsite events or meetings may also be required. 5 - 10% travel may be required, depending on location.

Schedule & Time Commitment

This is a full-time position, averaging 40 hours per week. While we prioritize work-life balance, there may be times when additional hours are necessary to meet deadlines and ensure the success of our programs.

Compensation

We anticipate total compensation for this Full-Time, exempt position to be approximately $100,000 - $120,000, including base salary and variable compensation. Exact compensation may vary and will be based on multiple factors, including geography and professional experience.
