We are currently seeking a UX/UI Designer to join us! Join a team of cross-disciplined professionals driven each day by their desire to transform complex challenges into compelling solutions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and preferences.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively illustrate design concepts and interactions.
Design visually appealing user interfaces that align with the company's brand and design guidelines.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge and innovative designs.
Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the best user experience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Proficient in Figma.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing.
Familiarity with web and mobile design patterns and responsive design.
Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in creating designs for web and mobile applications.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
Knowledge of animation and motion design principles.
Experience with mobile projects.
Bachelor's degree or similar studies in Graphic design.
