Job Descriptions
Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, field visits, online outreach, and referrals.
Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
Follow up with prospects and close deals professionally.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the Sales Supervisor and Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Job Requirements
Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Proven experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with targets and deliver results under pressure.
Good knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy (Excel, Email, Google Workspace, etc.).
Must be ready to resume immediately.
