Responsibilities
Consult with clients to learn about their travel goals, preferences, and budgets
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences
Present travel options and recommendations tailored to individual needs
Coordinate reservations and assist with itinerary development
Provide travelers with confirmations, schedules, and important trip information
Assist with updates, modifications, and special travel requests
Monitor travel arrangements to ensure details are accurate and complete
Maintain organized client records and planning notes within company systems
Communicate professionally through phone, email, and virtual platforms
Participate in ongoing training and destination education programs
