We're seeking a creative and reliable Videography & Digital Media Intern to help produce a new Chicago-based digital television series focused on inspiring conversations, reinvention stories, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and thought leadership.
This is an opportunity to gain real-world production experience while helping launch a new show distributed through a national digital television network.
Responsibilities:
• Film on-location interviews throughout the Chicago area
• Assist with camera setup, lighting, and audio
• Capture b-roll and behind-the-scenes content as needed
• Edit interview footage
• Organize and manage video files
• Upload completed content to the show's production team according to specifications
• Assist with short-form clips for social media and promotional use
• Collaborate with the host and production team on creative storytelling and visual presentation
Qualifications:
• Current student or recent graduate studying Film, Television Production, Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, or related field
• Experience filming interviews and/or video content
• Basic editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Reliable transportation for occasional Chicago-area filming
• Interest in television, media, storytelling, and digital content creation
Preferred:
• Experience with lighting and audio equipment
• Portfolio, demo reel, or examples of previous work
• Interest in producing long-form interview content
Location:
Chicago Area (filming on-site)
Editing may be completed remotely.
Time Commitment:
Approximately 10–15 hours per month, with flexibility based on filming schedule.
