Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men’s health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business.
We are seeking a Vice President of Analytics & Data to build the strategy, infrastructure, and capabilities that will support Mars Men’s next phase of growth. This leader will partner closely with our Co-Founders and executive team to create a trusted view of business performance and enable faster, more informed decisions across the company.
The role will oversee business intelligence, executive reporting, data infrastructure, governance, and advanced analytics across the business, while also guiding the responsible adoption of AI and strengthening data privacy, access, and cybersecurity practices. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build the function and translate complex data into clear business action.

What You’ll Do
Develop and lead the company’s data and analytics strategy, establishing the priorities, architecture, tools, and team required to support continued growth
Build executive and functional dashboards that provide clear visibility into company performance, customer behavior, marketing efficiency, retention, channel economics, inventory, and operational trends
Establish a trusted source of truth through consistent metric definitions, scalable reporting, data quality standards, and effective governance
Partner with leaders across Growth, eCommerce, Retail, Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience to turn business questions into actionable insights, forecasts, and recommendations
Develop the company’s AI and advanced analytics roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, decision-making, automation, and customer understanding
Oversee data privacy, access controls, vendor risk, cybersecurity practices, and incident readiness in partnership with internal stakeholders and external experts
Build and lead a high-performing data and analytics team while fostering greater data fluency and self-service capabilities across the organization
Must-Have Requirements
7+ years of progressive experience across data analytics, business intelligence, data science, or data engineering, including experience leading a data or analytics function
Proven success building scalable dashboards, reporting systems, and analytics capabilities within a high-growth organization
Strong understanding of modern data architecture, business intelligence platforms, data modeling, governance, and data quality
Experience applying AI, machine learning, or automation to analytics, forecasting, reporting, or business operations
Strong commercial understanding of DTC, eCommerce, retail, subscription, performance marketing, or another data-intensive consumer business
Working knowledge of data privacy, information security, access controls, and cybersecurity risk management
Exceptional business judgment and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts and complex analysis into clear executive recommendations
