The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle for new customers, develop pipelines through various outreach methods, and deliver tailored product demos while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless buyer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from discovery through close, for new Growth99 customers
- Source and develop a portion of your own pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and strategic follow-up, re-engagement campaigns, in addition to working inbound and BDR-supported opportunities
- Run consultative discovery calls to understand practice goals, growth challenges, and current marketing performance
- Deliver tailored, needs-based product demos that clearly communicate ROI and business impact
- Manage and advance a healthy pipeline in HubSpot with strong forecasting accuracy and clean CRM hygiene
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly revenue targets by mastering Growth99’s value proposition and sales process
- Collaborate closely with BDRs, marketing, onboarding, and customer success to ensure a seamless buyer experience
- Participate in company-sponsored events, conferences, and trade shows (virtual and in-person)
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve messaging, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
Skills
- Prior quota-carrying experience
- Comfortable running consultative sales conversations with practice owners and decision-makers
- Proactive about generating pipeline and don't rely solely on inbound leads to hit your number
- Ability to connect marketing strategy, technology, and revenue outcomes for small businesses
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined about pipeline management and follow-through
- Enjoy owning a number and take pride in consistently hitting (and raising) your goals
- Adaptable, curious, and excited to sell in a fast-moving, evolving industry
- Approach sales with empathy, active listening, and a genuine desire to help customers win
- 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience in digital marketing or to the med spa, healthcare, or wellness market
- Experience selling to small business owners or healthcare / wellness practice leaders
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
- Background in healthcare IT, marketing technology, or automation platforms
