Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations
- Source and screen candidates via resume evaluations, phone screenings, and virtual interviews to ensure the best fit for each role
- Leverage social media and job boards to increase brand visibility and connect with qualified candidates
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR staffing
- Fluent in English
- Strong background in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
- Excellent communicator
- Problem-solver
- Highly organized professional
