Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Recruiter (Part-Time) to support the Talent Acquisition team for a global provider of venue and event management software solutions. This role involves managing recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions from requisition through offer
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely movement through the recruitment lifecycle
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalism
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to ensure recruiting processes are followed
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Prepare and communicate offer details to selected candidates when appropriate
- Assist with additional Talent Acquisition projects and administrative duties as needed during the contract assignment
Skills
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience will be considered
- Previous experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional required
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple positions
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates across multiple locations
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting best practices
- Understanding of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate evaluation
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience recruiting in a remote environment preferred
- Experience supporting international or EMEA recruiting efforts is a plus
- Professional certifications in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources are a plus
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices is preferred
- Understanding of recruiting within technology or software organizations is a plus
