Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple medium-sized technology projects from initiation to post-deployment
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals and strategic priorities
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, building support and influencing key decisions to ensure project alignment
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Create essential project documentation, including charters and detailed plans, securing necessary approvals
- Guide and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve successful project outcomes
- Oversee critical integration, training, and implementation activities
- Coordinate diverse stakeholders and teams across various concurrent projects
- Conduct thorough root cause analyses and formulate effective corrective actions to mitigate risks and resolve issues
Skills
- Demonstrated project management experience within a healthcare environment
- Proven project experience specifically in healthcare and/or biomedical engineering
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build consensus and manage expectations
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align project outcomes with broader organizational goals
