RoShay Services is seeking an Explainable AI Engineer to develop, integrate, and deploy AI engines and workflows for mission-critical decision support in aerospace applications. The role involves automating data processes, performing verification and validation, and creating interfaces for Explainable AI engines.
Responsibilities
- Developing deep mathematical features for models, ML, and inferences
- Automating data wrangling and cleansing for scalability
- Performing aerospace-grade verification and validation using simulations
- Creating interfaces for Explainable AI engines to data, users, and Agentic AI
- Supporting scalable AI deployment, collaborating with cloud teams, and documenting processes
Skills
- Experience with productized analytical applications and mission-critical team projects
- Proficiency in mathematical methods such as statistics, Bayesian estimation, optimization, decision, and control
- Skills in MATLAB, Java, GitHub (Actions), and technical documentation
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- US Citizenship
- Experience with model-based development
